Concussion Prevention at The Athlete Spot™

Concussions in children and young adults can be especially concerning, as they are more active and participate in more sports.

This is why at The Athlete Spot we encourage all active individuals, especially children and young adults, to complete a brain health baseline test once a year before participating in activities that may result in a head injury.

We believe every athlete should be aware of their brain health, and of the signs and symptoms of a concussion to avoid long term effects that have detrimental effects in the future.
